Include your name, address and a copy of the invoice. We recommend that you track the package to make sure that it arrives. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your exchange. The item must be new and with the same packaging, there must be no signs of wear or use, we must receive the item/s within 20 days from the original date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the postage on any purchase and any exchanges. No exchange will be made if we don’t receive the product.




We only ship in the USA at this time. We ship everything First Class mail. Your order ships within three days of cleared payment. If for any reason there is a delay in your shipment, we will notify you immediately.
